Providing a unique blend of NDIS support and premium cleaning services across Melbourne.

1. Services Provided
• Domestic cleaning (homes, apartments)
• Commercial cleaning (offices, builders cleans, facilities)
• NDIS-approved cleaning support (non-clinical)
• All services are delivered based on agreed scope, schedule, and pricing.


2. Bookings & Scheduling
• Bookings must be made in advance via phone or email.
• Service times are estimates and may vary due to workload or unforeseen delays.
• We reserve the right to reschedule services with reasonable notice.


3. Pricing & Payments
• Prices are agreed prior to service commencement.
• Domestic clients: Payment due on the day of service or as agreed.
• Commercial clients: Payment due within 7–14 days of invoice.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Minimum 24 hours’ notice required for cancellations.
• Late cancellations may incur a 50% service fee.
• Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100%.


5. Access to Property
• Clients must provide safe and clear access to the property.
• If access is not provided, a call-out fee may apply.
• Pets must be secured unless agreed otherwise.


6. Health & Safety
• We maintain a safe work environment for staff and clients.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or hazardous.


7. Equipment & Supplies
• We supply our own cleaning equipment and products.
• Eco-friendly products available upon request.
• Clients must advise of any allergies or sensitivities.


8. Damage & Liability
• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours.
• Liability is limited to repair or replacement of damaged items.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or undisclosed fragile items.


9. Satisfaction Guarantee
• If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours.
• We will return to rectify the issue at no extra cost.


10. NDIS Services
• Services are delivered in line with participant plans.
• Pricing aligns with the NDIS Price Guide.
• Service agreements apply for ongoing participants.


11. Confidentiality & Privacy
• All client information is kept confidential.
• We comply with Australian privacy laws.


12. Termination of Services
• We may terminate services for repeated late payments, unsafe conditions, or breaches.
• Clients may terminate services with written notice.


13. Changes to Terms
• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
