1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions form part of the Service Agreement between Bantus Care & Support Services and the Participant.
2. Services
We provide NDIS supports including personal care, domestic assistance, cleaning, and community participation aligned with your NDIS goals.
3. Pricing & Payments
Pricing follows NDIS guidelines. Self-managed participants must pay invoices within 7 days.
4. Cancellations
24 hours notice required. Late cancellations may incur full charges.
5. Responsibilities
Participants must provide a safe environment and respect staff. We commit to quality care and professionalism.
6. Privacy
All personal information is kept confidential in line with Australian privacy laws.
7. Complaints
You may raise complaints directly or via the NDIS Commission.
8. Termination
Agreement may be ended with 14 days notice.
